The staff was friendly and inviting. They asked a lot of "get to know you" questions, which were not too invasive. Everything took about 30 minutes. Expect a quick turn around for getting your drug screening done and background check.

First, I was contacted by the HR woman for a phone screening, then a caseworker from the company called separately to schedule a zoom interview for the following week after the phone screening.
