I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Everyman (Leeds, England) in July 2016
Interview
Poor, unprepared interviewer with no outline or plan. There didn't seem to be any structure other than me explaining my CV and skillset. There were no scenario questions. The interviewer repeatedly said I had a perfect blend of experience and that they would contact me before the end of the week to let me know if I was successful. They didn't make any contact. I decided after seeing how bad the person I was supposed to be working for was, I didn't want to work for a company that employed someone like that.
Had an interview for duty manager, didn’t get the job and took them three weeks to tell me. Also pay seemed bad for a duty manager role. The interview was quick, 20 minute chat, acting manager seemed nice enough.

Question 1
Ice breaker stuff, what would I sing at karaoke lol
It was such a great experience! The interview was a very informal chat compared to your typical interview and that immediately put me at ease, they really took the time to get to know me
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everyman (London, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
Easy and simple - basically explained experience and why I wanted to work there. Nothing complicated
As long as you explain the areas of the job and why you’re good at it then they will seem keen
