3 Interviews with 2 different recruiters (one from eviden on from client), passed all 3 interviews (total of 6h+) with positive feedback and was ghosted by the HR for the next month!

Just one stage general chat around java. Interviewers were late and some were unavailable so the interview didn’t actually go ahead and we rescheduled. I wound up getting a job offer elsewhere just before the next interview.
