They don't ask much background questions. Most companies I've interviewed at least role play in some way- sell me this, what would you do in this senario, tell me what you know. This seemed more like a fraternity interview.
Very unorganized process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Evident.io in May 2017
Interview
I had an in-person interview for a Jr. Penetration Testing position, I was told to arrive at 7AM, which is very early for an interview. The interview lasted about 15 minutes because 2 of the interviewers were unable to make it. Very unprofessional.
Interview started with phone screening, then an in-office interview with VP etc, made me an offer VERY quickly. They are very to-the-point. They want people who are team players and excited to be here.

Question 1
Pretty straightforward - just want to know background etc etc.
