The interview process felt dismissive and condescending. Rather than a constructive dialogue, the questions often came across as arrogant or argumentative, more about testing worth than exploring fit. Compensation discussed was far below industry standards for the level of experience required, which raised concerns about how the company values its staff. Written and Verbal questions were asked, the things asked were straight forward as the interviewers are not much experienced. The process was conducted via teams from a remote position. They have only one stage process for the evaluations.
