The interview process was fun it consisted of 10 prospective employees interviewing at the same time with one interviewer and ended with an amazing tour of the entire floor, each game table and each game room.

Question 1
The question they asked of everyone was to tell us about your customer service experience and one fun fact about yourself.
The interview and orientation seemed like it would be a cool job but i havent officially started there yet. I am going over reviews now and trying to see what the overall feel of the day to day is like.
They give a nice hour Tour of the place, they asked a few questions about yourself, just have a personality and customer service background and having a pa gaming license helps a lot. Now they will have you get a West Virginia gaming license
Group interview, everyone got several questions. They will ask some questions about how to deal with situations with different types of customers. And some video shows to you and find some ways to solve.
