I submitted my application via their website with a detailed cover letter and was emailed by the Organic Search Director at the time to discuss an initial phone interview. This phone interview lasted about an hour and we discussed my experience and qualifications, and what we are both looking for in terms of employee/responsibilities/salary etc. Following the phone interview, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the Organic Search Director and another senior member of the team I'd be working in to discuss the job and my experience in a bit more detail. Two days later I received an email with my job offer and all of the details of my first day, contract and things were sent to me via email.
