The interview process consisted of an initial conversation to review my background, licensing status, and experience in Medicare sales, followed by a more in-depth discussion of my approach to client education, relationship-building, and compliance. We discussed expectations for the Independent Medicare Sales Agent (1099) role, company values, and how my experience aligns with Premier Benefits Group Incorporated’s education-first model. The process was informative, conversational, and focused on mutual fit, with time allotted for questions and next steps.
