I applied online. I interviewed at Exacta Corporation (Brookfield, WI) in Jan 2017
Interview
After listening to the consultant's boring 3 hour "interview" about HIS software and gloating from ear to ear, he verbally offers me the job. Then I never hear from him. He finally emails me that he gave the job to someone else and a back up was available. He called 6 months later as both did not work out and asked me to come in for another interview where it was 3 hours of arrogance, but I needed a job. He offered it to me.

Interview
Application:
Applied through Craigslist and got an e-mail from EXACTA's Talent Management Coordinator who led me to an application after I called.
The application is long and time consuming but didn't have any issues filling it out, it works I got the job.
Interview:
The interview went well. There seemed to be a lot of room for growth with EXACTA professionally and intellectually.

Interview
I applied for two different PM positions online via ZipRecruiter. I received a call within a couple of days, telling me they would like me to complete an online "profile and motivation" to move forward. This was followed almost immediately by a form email (not a personal email) with a link to their website.
I created a login and then went to create an online profile, however, the profile's required fields included ss#, date of birth, and marital status. I noticed that other tabs in the profile requested everything from my driver's license # to my passport # (those were not required fields).
I replied to their email asking if we could move forward without my private data, and received a response from three different individuals, all stating that I could enter fake data to create my initial profile, but would have to provide actual data in order to "complete a background check" prior to an interview. Additionally, I received another voicemail encouraging me to go online and create my profile so they could "hire" me.
I replied back via email telling them I am not interested in moving forward with this opportunity.
