Excel Impact interview questions

I had a 30 minute call with the CTO. I told him about my previous positions and he said that, even though I meet all the requirements, he FEELS that I will not be a good fit from a cultural point of view. I don't know how he got that, but ok. No questions about programming or a test, just his personal feeling was enough to rule me out. Best CTO ever, not.
