The selection process was quite easy overall. It involved three stages: an aptitude test to assess problem-solving skills, a technical round focusing on subject knowledge and practical skills, and finally, an HR interview to evaluate communication skills and cultural fit.

Hi, i have attend the interview at Excelencia for the Analyst position. We waited for a long time. But it was a good day and interview process went smoothly. We met the HR, Manager and Some Technical Persons in each rounds.
