Interview
The initial experience with HR was great; supportive and responsive. But as the interviews moved into later stages, the tone shifted to something more rigid and transactional. What could’ve been a two-way conversation about mutual fit started to feel like a speaking test; responses were accepted, but curiosity was brushed aside as the discussion moved abruptly from question to question. Very limited chance to share past experiences as the questions were focusing on scenarios.
The deeper into the process, the more it felt like ideas were the currency, not fit. Just a gentle reminder: interviews are meant to explore mutual fit, and there’s a line between evaluating thinking and drawing from it.
