Excelicon interview questions

The recruiter reached out to set up a phone screen. I waited for a call at the day and time agreed and the recruiter never called. I called and emailed to follow up and didn't get a response. Its tremendously unprofessional to both miss an interview and not reply back. If a candidate had missed an interview they would surely be taken out of the running. What a waste of time.
