Interview
Quick and easy interview. Mostly want to know about sales and customer service experience. Also want to get a feel of your communication skills since you will be interacting and selling to customers. Don't need prior sales experience since you will be trained for such.
Quick and straightforward process including a phone interview then a virtual meeting with local branch manager. Phone interview was very fast but the virtual was a little more comprehensive. Interview process in all was pleasant.

The interview took place at my local Starbucks. The progress was super simple. The background check took around 2 weeks. The interview wasn't too hard just simple questions about yourself.
