ExecReps Executive Agent interview questions

Got a phone interview. She mostly just spoke about the job and went over my resume with me.

Had to go through 3 separate interviews before I was offered the job. There was a phone interview with the recruiter and then 2 separate interviews with the two COO's. The entire process was relatively quick (less than a month). They did ask for 3 references and they checked all three of them out.
