I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Executech (South Jordan, UT)
Interview
I still remember the day I was interviewed at Executech even though it was a long time ago. I met with the Owner. In the interview, the questions were based more around professionalism and less about tech skills. There were tech questions, but the impression left was they wanted hard working professionals that can learn tech. I remember calling my wife after the interview and telling her "I have finally found a company that does IT the way I would do IT" I feel that way to this day!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Executech (South Jordan, UT) in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview process was fairly simple. I went in, filled out a 'knowledge test', then spoke with the interviewer. He told me I would be contacted by the receptionist to schedule a working interview. Didn't take very long. They have multiple schedules to work with.
The working interview was a joke, but I believe that was because of the person doing the interview, not the interview itself. He would ask me questions to see if I knew what the problem was and the fix action. If I didn't tell him word for word what he wanted to hear, he visibly showed annoyance. I told him, and anyone in IT knows this, that when there is an issue you need as much information as possible to fix it. And so when I would say 'I'm not sure', he would get annoyed.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Executech (South Jordan, UT) in July 2016
Interview
It was very thorough interview process. I had 5-6 interviews, one being a working interview where I got to go onsite with a senior tech with one of his clients to see what the job is like. Everyone was friendly and more then happy to share their experience working for Executech.
