Interview
During the interview process, there were three different grooups of people that I met with. The first was with the Support Operations Manager and the Director of Commercial Markets. During this time I was asked industry specific and skill based questions. The second person that I met with was the CFO. The CFO conducted the cultural/personality interview. This was a self evaluation where I was read different strengths and weaknesses and I was asked to rate myself between 1 and 5, 5 bbeing the strongest. After this interview, I met with the head of Human Resources. This was more of a conversation that a question and answer interview. She and I spoke about my past work experiences, my future goals, my plans for improving the business, and what I could offere to this company that set me apart froom other applicants.
After speaking with these interviewers, I was given a short skill based test to complete.
