Exit Realty interview questions

I sat in a conference room with the owner, broker and recruiting agent and they asked me questions about my previous work/education experience and what my work tasks would include.

Sat with Career Development Director, he asked relevant questions, like sales experience. He went over the compensation plan of the brokerage.He then mentioned what their offices fees were. Then he scheduled a follow up phone call to move forward.
