I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ExodusPoint
Interview
The interview process consisted of a coding assessment, a screening interview with one of the developers, and an onsite round with five back-to-back interviews. One or two out of the five interviewers were quite unpleasant and seemed disinterested. It took more than six weeks to receive a rejection, and there was a complete lack of transparency from HR throughout the process. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I believe this reflects poorly on the company culture.
