I applied online, the next day I got a call from the recruiter who scheduled an interview in the local office. I got a job offer the next day after the interview. I was interviewed by two team supervisors. They were very friendly, asked a lot about my previous job experience and examples of how I behave in different situations. The company made a good impression on me and I really liked the staff and the office, but I wasn't happy with the conditions of the position, which were not mentioned in the job description, such as being on the phone for almost 8 hours a day, with only two 15-minute breaks scheduled by the managers (+ the lunch break). Also, I was told it happens that employees' holiday plans get cancelled because of the unexpected amount of business and lack of staff in the team. A former employee informed me there is a high fluctuation rate because of the job conditions, so I decided to turn down the offer and look for a more flexible job. TLDR: Good company with nice benefits but the position felt too restrictive and not worth it.

Relative fast came an answer back, as I had applied online. I think, the HR departement has there already a bit more routine, when I here in the comments see, who all was in the interview for one an the same job position.
