Interview
First you get sent an online assessment if selected. If you pass the OA, you will be scheduled back to back technical interviews of 1 hour each. Process is really easy but they quickly fill headcount because bar isn't too high.

Each interview includes two LC-style questions plus some BQs.
The interviewers are super nice and encouraging.

After taking the online assessment, I was invited to the next round. The interviews were (45 mins x 2) with Senior Manager and one of the engineers from the team. Each ask one easy-mid level leetcode style technical problem, and some behavioral questions.
