2. Interview with hiring manager - learned more about the needs of the team, shared experiences related to skills required for the role, time at the end to ask questions
3. Interviews with 2 team members (separately) - learning more what each team member does and how the role might interface with these team members. Another opportunity to share how my experiences would make me a good fit for the role
