Very disappointing interview. The internal recruiting manager had not done their homework on the role, couldn't answer several questions, and just said "attend the interview and you'll find out everything". The recruiting manager did not allow enough time for the interview, hadn't prepared and bought zero energy to the meeting. Can I suggest some coaching for these people on how to represent themselves and their employer more professionally in future.

The interview process was 2 parts and was very relaxed and conversational. I enjoyed speaking with both Natalie and Cherie who had interviewed me. They have given me great insight into the role.
