Long process, lots of phone & in-person interviews, waited a long time to hear back from recruiters on the hiring decision and wasn't sure if they were still interested.

What are the industry opportunities and challenges you see over the next 3-5 years?
After 2 rounds of interviews I was ghosted - despite following up on a couple of occasions with the hiring manager and HR. A disappointing experience and I had hoped for better from such a well known organisation.

Interview
Process was very seamless. They managed all round in single day itself. Over all experience was wonderful. First they called for the in person round but the hiring managers were travelling so moved to online.
