They asked me to do an assessment through an app (Aivy). Looks a lot like data gathering for AI training to me. The tests were not related at all to the position skills, and would have been long to complete (>1 hour). They were game-oriented tests to recognize human behavior (classify face sentiment expression, solve small games in the most performant way...).

Interview
Very pleasant and fast interview process. In the first round, I was interviewed by the team lead and a lady from the personnel department, asked general questions about my career and my motivation to change.
In the second round, I had a technical interview with a somewhat challenging coding problem, but it was more important to demonstrate your general coding ability than to actually solve it completely. Then a quick talk with the CTO.
