In hindsight, I failed that day, I should of took a deep breath, gathered my thoughts, and bridge the connection of operations and social media. Of course, I have the knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and other third party software such as Google Ad Words (PPC) Pay-Per-Click, Affiliate/Affinity programs...
