The interview process had a phone screen. Then, I went to the school and had to do a 20 minute sample teach. Then, I did a personal reflection and then talked through the reflection. From there it was role plays and typical questions. Meet with a lot of leaders at the school. Learned a lot
Phone interview followed by a school interview with a demo lesson. Many questions like: "Why explore", and "describe how your classroom looks like", and "tell us about one time when you were inclusive etc." Answered all of my questions, was nice and welcoming.

This was a quick and efficient interview process and very streamlined. The panel interviewing me had questions prepared and knew exactly what kind of person they were looking for. I was first interviewed by phone, then in person.
