Exponent Mechanical Engineer interview questions

It started with an hour-long zoom interview with an associate engineer which was more like a matching process. He asked in-depth questions about my portfolio and research projects. Then two weeks later I talked with the managing engineer but it seems like communication is very important to them. If you fail to explain your research in easy-to-understand terms and confidently, you wouldn't probably move forward. But the two engineers I talked about were both very friendly and down-to-earth.
