I applied on line and they called me that same week, I went in for my first interview and they called me back that same day for the second interview and Drug Screen. The initial phone interview was pleasant and encouraging. 2nd interview was very cold. There was a fractured understanding of wanting to eventually go permanent. The company in question was seeking to keep it temporary.

Had initial call with recruiter. She was friendly but did not have any open positions for me to apply for. The pay for the AM role was too low. I would be interested to look at other opportunities that meet my pay expectations.
