They conducted a phone screening and invited me in for an interview. At that time I spent time shadowing the people working in the office which was great! Really gave an opportunity to meet people and ask questions. That time was followed by an interview with the manager and owner.

It was alright but the atmosphere and work culture felt not right - a lot of pressure to do sales, both inside and outside, very low base pay with commission (so highly dependent on sales again). If agency recruiting isn’t for you, then don’t look here

This is a temp agency. There was Initial paperwork then a formula series of questions with a few that asked for more details, then more time on the computer to fill in more paperwork.
