Interview
I initially screened with a consultant in order to be placed at a job before I knew there was an internal consultant position available. I interviewed with the COO then, the following week, with the Owner. I received a phone call the same day I interviewed with the owner to come in the following day to discuss a formal offer. When I arrived to discuss the offer, I first met with the members of the team I would be joining in order for them to give the owner one last round of feedback on me before the written offer was given.

It was more conversational than your typical interview. I remember being asked regular interview questions but also just walking through a typical day and things to expect in the role.

Easy, not hard at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Even though I say it was easy make sure you know the company and do some research. This is an amazing company and what the mission is for this company is great. Work for Express because they really do care.

A EEP staff member contacted me for an interview (she forgot to sent the reminder email with an address). I met and interviewed with an EEP staffing Coordinator. Second step, I was instructed to complete four assessments (Excel, Word, Outlook, and personality assessment). After that, I didn't receive a rejection letter. Never heard back from them.
