Management was really nice here. Owners interviewed me and mostly just asked about my past experience. They were willing to train me without experience. They were mostly interested in hearing about my past experience and what I enjoyed doing. They also wanted to make sure I had "thick skin" for some of the situations that can come up with this job.

It was alright but the atmosphere and work culture felt not right - a lot of pressure to do sales, both inside and outside, very low base pay with commission (so highly dependent on sales again). If agency recruiting isn’t for you, then don’t look here

This is a temp agency. There was Initial paperwork then a formula series of questions with a few that asked for more details, then more time on the computer to fill in more paperwork.
