I approached this store's table at the mall's job fair. Very nice woman was hosting it. I wrote down some basic info and was told actual applications could be filled out online. Filled it out that evening and got a call for an interview a few days later. Hiring manager was the same woman at the fair. I was brought to the back office for a private interview. Relaxed/comfortable setting. There were very few questions other than if I attended high school/college and those listed below. I was hired and orientation was that day.
