I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Express in June 2016
Interview
I went in for an interview it was a one on one interview, the manager seemed really nice. She asked questions about what I did in my last previous job and how I would handle certain situations if I was working. During the interview I felt confident and welcomed, I thought i'd get the job because of the feed backs she was saying when I was done answering each question, but I have not heard for 8 days. Called yesterday to follow up said the same thing, "the manager is still in the reference process, and she'll call today and let you know for an offer" It's been 8 days...
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
