It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.

It was a 2 part process. It was a group interview. They do both at express. The first part we were interviewed by one of the managers she asked is some questions and then we were interview by the store manager both were very nice and genuine.
