Interview
I met with eight different people over the course of three interview sessions. Everyone was really thoughtful and prepared and offered generous feedback throughout the process. The trial project I completed was thorough, and not only gave the team a good understanding of my writing but also helped me identify some of my strengths and weaknesses.

Plenty of questions about my experience and approach to writing. We also topical issues around digital privacy, potential conflicts between personal ideology and collaborators agendas, how to manage workplace disagreements, and time management.

Super unprofessional - had an interview scheduled, but I received an email at the very last minute that management decided to transfer someone internally for the role. Just shows how unprofessional and messy the company is.
