Unnecessarily long. HR should consider streamlining interview process and steps. Hiring team should also make requirements clearer so as to not make candidate’s time and effort go down the drain.

Interview
Extremely long. I had 5 interviews in total: recruiter, hiring manager, and 3 other managers. I was also asked to complete 2 tests and a trial project, which involved solving a problem they currently have, so basically working for free. After the final interview, they said they were happy with my profile and that they would be in contact in the next couple of days. After almost I week, I asked for an update and they only said they had decided to hire some whose experience matched what they were looking for. No feedback after such a long process and after investing so much time and effort! A joke and a total waste of time!

Talking to HR. They have a very scrict process with homeworks and expecting a lot of free work to be done which take few days to complete. They claim to have great culture but from the look of it it is more like slavery

Our interview process does include an opportunity for candidates to participate in a take-home project, which allows them to have a sense for the type of work they will be involved in should they decide to join us. We ensure candidates are working on fictional problems or providing insights to challenges we have already overcome.
The main purpose of these projects is to help our hiring panel understand a candidate’s thought process as well as their problem-solving skills, and also gives us an opportunity to access the candidate’s skills and understanding of the role.
