Expressit Delivery interview questions

Met with manager for 20 minutes. No references asked for, no driving record checked (this is a driving job using company vans) no previous employment checked by company. Was called the following week with job offer. Very unprofessional interview showing lack of organization. Manager was asked by owner if he had my resume to refer to. He didn't and couldn't locate it either on paper or on his computer. Owner didn't even know what my qualifications were at time of interview.
