Extole Sales interview questions

Scheduled screening call.. After twenty minutes of waiting, I called the head of HR, who casually told me that he was out for the day. By the time we finally got the call going (a few days later) not only was the interviewer late but he seemed completely preoccupied with other matters. By the end of it he provided me info regarding the next steps, which was finding a potential client and drafting an email to him. So, I sent him a thank you email and inquired about the assignment. The next day I got an email saying that they decided to not continue my candidacy.
