Interview was directly focused on job experience, getting know what what strengths I would bring to the team, and how I would benefit the company with my talents and skillset.

i had three interviews, first with the direct manager, then another manager and finally with hr. the questions by the managers were more personal rather than technical. the interview with hr went pretty quick. nothing out of the ordinary.
