i have applied job and they shortlisted my profile and they conducted interview 3 rounds ,after that i asked my interview status they saying your skill set not matched our job. if skill set not matched why they conducted interview 3 rounds ,one of the worst company i have ever seen , don't apply jobs exusia company ,HR also not good he is also not picking calls

Interview went very well. Completed 2 technical and 1 Managerial Round. But at last they said your skills not matching the profile. If that was the case then why did they took 3 rounds and wasted my time.
