Interview
The process included multiple interviews. First, I met with their lead occupational therapist. Then, I met with their clinic director. Staff were warm and nice. A tour of their clinic was provided.

Question 1
What are some strengths that you have as a therapist? What experience do you have in pediatrics?
Virtual, not very robust. Met with main director and then the supervising therapist. Questions asked were very general, more related to character and understanding basics of being a clinician. Did not really look into clinical reasoning.
