They were really disorganized while setting up the interview, while scheduling a time for me to come in, and I ended up coming three times for an initial interview because they were all over the place (the first time they didn't even show up). And they had me work a day for free, and were surprised when I left early to go to another job. I don't work for free, that's a ridiculous expectation.
