Interview
Started with a few emails, then a few calls with other team members, then a call with Mr. Bauer personally. We then scheduled a time to meet and he answered my questions. He told me he would give me a call when he got done talking to the other potential candidates. A week later I got a gift basket asking me to them for the opening. It was nice. Everything was explained.

There were a lot of questions from the first email to my sit down with the president. They were about my experience mostly. Details around how I liked to work and when I thought I was most productive. We talked about my sample work product and my knowledge of the tasks I was being considered for.
