F.A.S.T. Global Marketing Field Customer Service Representative interview questions

Within 5 min of submitting my resume I received an email from them saying I was "short listed to attend a preliminary meeting with the management team."  When I arrived to the interview, the office was chaotic and packed with about 25 or so other applicants who were obviously short listed too.  Manager talked a good game about the company and their big name clients for about 20 minutes, but never really mentioned exactly what the job entails.  Company started operations in the US this past February and falsely advertises it's a salary position that pays $35,000- $45,000 /year.  Was told at the interview the position was commission only.
