I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at F.A.S.T. Global Marketing (Miami, FL) in June 2018
Interview
Arrived to a suite full of applicants waiting for their interviews. Had to fill out a form from the receptionist. There were several of the same type of company in the suite (in each room). The "CEO" interviewed me. He almost came across as legit and it actually felt like a real interview. He asked questions about my experience and strengths, giving the impression that I was under scrutiny. When I was given the job, he gave this speech beforehand that made it seem like I wasn't going to get it & kept emphasizing how few people actually got this far.
The takeaway is that the company is just going to have you dress up in business professional every day to sell XFinity packages in Walmart or Best Buy. I decided that wasn't worth it. They really have brainwashed their once young ambitious employees. It's sad.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I'm interviewing 25 applicants today and I'll only hire about 2. Why should I hire you? (ABSOLUTE LIE. I scheduled the interview 30 minutes before so you had plenty of time slots open, and you'll hire all 3 applicants you have today).

Interview
I was told to arrive at 8:15 AM on a Saturday for my individual interview. No one in the office was there and no one showed up until around 9:30 AM. My actual interview didn’t begin until 10 and I finished at 11. First I spoke with a corporate trainer in a coffee shop across the street. The conversation was mostly centered around future goals and how F.A.S.T Global can help you get rich quick. After the interview I was asked to answer some questions on a worksheet and then I finally got to speak with Tofiq Balwala, the CEO of the company. We spoke for about 10 minutes and I was told I would get a call within a few days. Overall I left the interview with a vague idea of what the company does and I was very unclear as to what the position would entail or if it was even compensated. I was also told I would be called within the week about a decision. It’s been well over two weeks since the interview and I never received a call or email.

Interview
I went in for an initial interview, then they asked me to come back the following day to shadow an employee. We went to Walmart where he was selling Comcast packages, and he asked me a series of questions/tasks to complete that revolved around customer service, consumer marketing and business practices. After, I had a final interview back at the office.
