Basic process, applied online, initial phone call, online interview with two people. It was relaxed, professional and easygoing. They called me back and had time to explain why I didn’t get chosen. The thing that ruined this positive experience for me was that the reason they didn’t hire me was lacking experience on something that wasn’t mentioned in the job ad.
