They will ask you to take a class before your interview, then it is a call with the Director and an offer, the director will lowball you so ask for more.

Online app, in person interview, offered job on the spot. Was very simple. Wasn’t much harder than that. I just had to be what they were looking for. So if your good at sales and want to focus on just sales it’s ok.
