It took almost 3 months to reply to my application. Interview process was a little chaotic however the recruiter was new of just 1 week, so wouldn’t hold it against them. However, there was little information or clarity about what the role would actually entail or the team and it seemed they were still shaping it. Ultimately, the parameters we're changed following the phone screening and my experience was no longer relevant.

It was thorough and straight forward, i had a call with a recruiter who gave me a high level overview of what the role entailed. I then met the hiring manager and one other colleague and was offered the role!
