An informal environment which made me much more comfortable, the interviewers were very clear and direct. Some very interesting questions were made and I really got the opportunity to show myself (personally and professionally speaking).

Processo com 3 entrevistas:
1- apenas com recursos um humanos, numa óptica mais pessoal e conhecimento próprio. Metade inglês e português
2- a segunda entrevista já foi com recursos humanos e a chefia do departamento que me estava a candidatar. As questões foram mais com base no modelo STAR e comportamentais, com foco nas minhas experiências passadas.
3- última entrevista foi uma reunião com a Senior do departamento, muito rápida. Fiz uma breve apresentação e falamos sobre a farfetch em si. 15/20min
Ao fim de um mês, fizeram me uma proposta.
